Cambria Farmers Market

Produce and Poetry Book Signing this Friday 8/16 2:30

Local Farmer Pearl Munak will hold a book-signing parking and poetry recitation on Friday, August 16th, 2024, at the Cambria Farmers Market.  The Market is held every Friday at the Pinedorado Showgrounds on North Main St., starting at 2:30pm.  Her poetry, which she has often recited at market, has been published under the titled Produce and Poetry.  The poems, however, are not about produce.

Munak and her late husband Edwin started Munak Ranch of Paso Robles in 1977 and the farm has been at the Cambria Farmers Market since its inception.  The main products of the farmer are melons, tomatoes, an d heirloom tomatoes.  Among the signs on the table has been one reading, “Poetry Reading on Request, “ and there have been many requests.  Munak will also recite her poetry at the signing event.

The book is available from Blurb.com, as well as at the farmers market.

There is limited parking  in the Vets Hall Parking, but plenty of parking in the Pinedorado Grounds on the other side of the Vets hall.
